These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the Accessories Gigi website, located at https://accessoriesgigi.com.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use ACCESSORIES GIGI if you do not agree with all the terms stated on this page.
Accessories Gigi, owned by Mia Mihovilović, Selo-Varoš 48, Premantura, 52203 Medulin, OIB 05685592915 (hereinafter: the Seller), provides these Terms and Conditions of Business, which include all necessary information about the services and products, methods of purchase, payment and delivery, delivery costs, consumer and trader rights and obligations, cancellation of purchase agreements, and information about the protection and collection of personal data.
By agreeing to a purchase and completing the payment, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Terms and Conditions
Accessories Gigi creates jewelry made from polymer clay combined with metal components and various finishing materials (coatings).
Products can be purchased through our partner retail locations, on the official website, via our official Facebook and Instagram pages, or by contacting us at accs.gigi@gmail.com.
All prices are listed in euros (€).
The Customer has the right to be informed about all product characteristics and pricing before completing a purchase, and is responsible for requesting any additional information from the Seller prior to purchase and shipment.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices, delivery methods, delivery fees, and other details at any time.
Accessories Gigi may periodically offer selected products at promotional prices or run special sales events. The conditions of such promotions including duration, quantity limits, discount amounts, and more, will be clearly specified.
2. Payment and Delivery
After placing an order, the Seller will send the Customer payment instructions and an invoice to the provided email address. Delivery costs are charged at the actual rate stated in the order (card payment – transactional purchase). The Customer must complete payment within 24 hours; otherwise, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase.
Each piece of jewelry is handmade after the order is confirmed and payment is received. If the Customer does not pay the total amount stated on the invoice, the Seller may cancel the order.
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 3–5 days after successful payment. A tracking number is provided for all shipments.
Delivery within Croatia is carried out via BOX NOW parcel lockers, and the delivery cost is €2. For orders over €39,99, delivery via BOX NOW parcel lockers is free. Delivery to Germany is carried out by the Croatian Post, and the delivery cost is €7. Free delivery for international shipments over €70. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed. Each package includes an invoice and care instructions. Upon receiving the package, the Customer must check for visible damage and immediately report it to the courier and refuse delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer.
Minor delays are possible and are beyond our control. Resending a returned package will incur an additional delivery charge.
Please note that orders shipped outside Croatia or the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the Customer’s responsibility and will be charged directly by the customs authority of the destination country.
3. Complaints and Returns
The Seller guarantees the quality of the handmade products, provided that the Customer follows the included care instructions.
Although we use high-quality materials, we cannot guarantee the longevity of components such as chains, bases, clasps, and similar elements.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, maintenance issues, or replacement of consumable parts. Products are packaged in a way that minimizes or eliminates the risk of damage during transport. Items damaged during shipping are not the Seller’s responsibility and must be reported directly to the courier.
If the Customer does not report packaging damage to the courier at the moment of delivery, the item is considered received in undamaged condition.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Written complaints may be submitted to our email address or by mail to our business address. Please include:
– Your full name
– Invoice number
– Description of the complaint
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. We will respond to all complaints promptly. Depending on the reason for dissatisfaction, we may offer an exchange or a refund.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the Customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The only acceptable reason for return is product defect. A refund will be issued once the product is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging, no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
In such cases, return shipping is always paid by the Customer.
Custom-made products created according to your specifications cannot be returned.
Each piece of jewelry is unique, and no two items are identical. Only similar items can be recreated.
Colors shown in photos may vary due to differences in devices and lighting conditions.
4. Copyright Protection
All materials, including photos and videos published on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages, are protected intellectual property belonging exclusively to Accessories Gigi. They may be shared only by stating the original source and author through a direct link to the content.
Any copying of our designs or production methods is strictly prohibited!
Violation of these Terms may result in legal action, including civil or criminal proceedings for infringement of copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
5. Personal Data Protection
Accessories Gigi is committed to protecting customer privacy. We only collect essential personal data necessary to process orders, issue invoices, and send shipments.
These data are accessible only to the staff member responsible for shipping and invoicing, as well as the delivery service handling the shipment.
All personal data are deleted when no longer necessary.
