How it all started

Gigi was born even before I fully realized it. I’ve been creative since childhood – crafting all sorts of things, but mostly earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, of course made from polymer clay and beads. Although I loved the process, the results didn’t look the way I imagined, so over time I let it go.

Years later, during the uncertainty of the global pandemic, I picked up clay again. It reminded me of my school days, but this time I gave both myself and the clay a fresh chance. And I’m glad I did – the response was wonderful. Customers fell in love with the cheerful, colorful, and playful pieces, and they’re always surprised when they learn what they're made of. Their reactions to each collection continue to inspire growth and spark new ideas.

Why "Gigi"?

The name of the brand combines my love for handmade creations and a part of my identity. The first half reflects the variety of pieces I enjoy creating – from jewelry to other small accessories currently in the works. The second half is inspired by my childhood nickname, given to me by friends who were amused by my music taste. It felt sweet and natural to blend it into the brand’s name.

Although my personal style is simple and classic, I create jewelry by following inspiration and intuition – exploring colors, shapes, and styles, and letting the process guide me. That sense of freedom and play is what I want customers to associate with the name Gigi: joy, warmth, and the delight of creating.
